The SJT59011 is a high-performance synchronous buck DC-DC PWM controller featuring an ultra-wide input voltage range up to 100V. By driving a pair of external rectifying and freewheeling MOSFETs, it supports high-output-current step-down DC-DC applications with a maximum current of 20A and an ultra-wide input voltage range of 12V to 100V. The switching frequency can be externally programmed from 50 kHz to 500 kHz, enabling flexible optimization of conversion efficiency, component size and power rating for diverse application scenarios.
